Fresh made here in the kitchen. We grind fresh pork butts and / or shoulders from Weaver’s Meats in Wellsville, chop fresh potatoes – usually from Rexroths’s Potatoes in Red Lion, and stuff it all into pig stomachs from Groff’s Meats in Elizabethtown.
It’s freshness you can absolutely taste! A little salt and pepper is all it takes,, the maw itself gives it that special barnyard flavor you can’t duplicate with anything I know of.

$12.50 per meal – Eat in or Carry out comes with peas, mac & cheese and applesauce.
